Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Some exclusions apply

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days and delivered approximately 2–7 business days after shipment. We use a network of trusted carriers and may select UPS or Canada Post depending on the destination and service availability.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delays or lost packages. Mediflow is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Expedited shipping is currently unavailable.

Shipping Costs: 

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, Mediflow contributes $8 toward the standard shipping cost. Your final shipping charge will be calculated at checkout before payment information is entered.

Additional remote location charges may apply.

Incorrect Address/Package Returned to Mediflow: 

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you provide us with an incorrect address and your order is return to Mediflow, you will be charged the full price of shipping (non subsidized) to re-ship your order.  



PO BOX ADDRESS

Due to the size of our products, we do not ship to PO boxes. If you include a PO Box Address, we will hold your order until a street address is provided. To avoid any confusion, please do not include a PO Box with your address.
